Budner Investment’s projects encompass the efforts related to acquisition of the area/site, obtainment of the building permit and construction of the facility/structure – thus handling the technical and construction-related aspects. The company moreover prepares business plans and provides funding for investment projects. When preparing financial constructions, we build upon various project financing structures, including use of own funding or bank lending facilities, or set up special-purpose vehicles together with our partners, or work with individual investors and investment funds.
