Marek Budner, Chairman of the Board, Budner Inwestycje Sp. z o.o., established BUDNER S.A. and ran it for twenty-five years. BUDNER S.A. exercised general contractorship of construction works in the residential and trade-and-services segments. Upon the foundation of the enterprise’s contractor potential, a group of realty businesses (limited-liability companies) evolved with time:

Is a residential developer operating for more than ten years now in the area of Gdansk, with some 600 residential units and another 200 under construction to its credit.
Budner Development Sp. z o.o.
Is a residential developer active in the area of Warsaw and the nearby Piaseczno, known for its projects such as Boernerowo residential estate in Warsaw’s district of Bemowo, luxury apartment projects Apartamenty Piaseczno (at Dworcowa St., Piaseczno), Apartamenty Poniatowskiego in Piaseczno, and Rezydencja Łowicka in Warsaw.
Budner Investment Sp. z o.o.
Is a developer operating across the country in the trade-and-services segment, preparing the construction and constructing retail facilities on commission of major retail-chain operators and for purposes of SHOPIN Commercial Parks. The SHOPIN brand has been created by Budner Investment Sp. z o.o. in cooperation with Tower Investments Sp. z o.o. Group, to which it was finally sold. Budner Investment Sp. z o.o. has delivered the Netto chain projects in Garwolin, Lodz, Łomianki (near Warsaw), Lubliniec, and Warsaw (two facilities); Aldik facilities in Radom and in the Warsaw district of Białołęka; and, a Bricomarche facility in Lubliniec.
Budner Investment Sp. z o.o. ceased operating in August 2016, its staff joining the then newly-established Budner Inwestycje Sp. z o.o.
December 2015 saw a split of the BUDNER Group. Marek Budner, the Chairman, resigned as Member of Budner S.A.’s Board and a shareholder. Presently, Budner S.A., renamed as Fundamental Group S.A., acts in the market as a General Contractor, with a new Board. The division has produced a capital group managed by Marek Budner, owning the operating companies Słoneczne Wzgórza Sp. z o.o. and Budner Inwestycje Sp. z o.o. The Group employs an experienced staff who once were members of Budner S.A. or Budner Investment Sp. z o.o.
